Returns Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's what you need to know.
What's Eligible
Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached — eligible within 7 days of delivery.
Worn or washed items — not eligible.
Sale items — not eligible.
Wrong item received — contact us immediately.
How to Return
Contact us via WhatsApp (+971 56 806 4455) or email (sunilchatlani10@gmail.com) with your order number and reason. Do not send items back without confirmation from us first.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the size is not available, we'll issue a store credit or refund. Exchange items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Return shipping for defective items is covered by NOMAiX.
